If your item arrives with visible damage, note the damage when signing for delivery and email customer.support@homeserenityco.com within 24 hours. To help us review and process the issue, please include:
photos of the packaging
photos of the product damage
the SKU or product name
a brief description of the issue
For freight deliveries, any visible damage, punctures, shortages, or other delivery-related issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery to support a shipping or freight claim.
Failure to report visible shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect our ability to assist with the claim.
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and by product. Please review the product page for any warranty details that apply to your purchase.
Warranty claims generally apply to issues that arise during normal use over time and are separate from shipping damage claims. If an item arrives damaged, that issue should be reported promptly under the damage claim process rather than treated as a warranty matter.

If an order includes a buy-one-get-one promotion, both items must generally be returned in order to qualify for a full refund.
